Lakes Region EMS is an Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulance service with both rural and urban service areas just northeast of the Twin Cities metropolitan area. We operate bases in Rush City, North Branch, and Lindstrom, Minnesota, as well as St. Croix Falls and Milltown, Wisconsin. Our team takes great pride in delivering exceptional, compassionate care to our communities. Our ambulances are staffed by highly trained Paramedics and EMTs equipped to manage traumatic injuries, sudden illnesses, and complex medical emergencies. We are seeking to expand our clinical department with a Clinical Integration Coordinator role.
The Clinical Integration Coordinator will play a critical role in developing others to be confident prehospital clinicians and support the mission and goals of the organization. This includes coordinating and implementing clinical education programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing learning outcomes and opportunities for new team members. To be successful, you should have a solid working knowledge of prehospital care, strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to promoting excellence in education.
